NOTE: Aaron will be unable to make it Tuesday morning. There is no equipment needed for the “no rain” WOD… except a watch.

“no rain” WOD:
with a continuously running clock complete:
1 pull-up the first minute
2 pull-ups the second minute
3 pull-ups the third minute
4 pull-ups the fourth minute…
continue until failure
*only unbroken sets up pull-ups count


“rain” WOD to do at home:
Take a deck of cards, shuffle. Face cards are 10 reps, aces are 11 reps, numbered cards as valued. Flip each card and perform the movement and the number of reps specified. Cycle once through the WHOLE deck.
hearts= pushups
diamonds= situps
spades= squats

jokers= 10 burpees
