Unscared WOD

NOTE: Neither Aaron or Eric will be able to make it… so plan accordingly.  You shouldn’t need any equipment for this one.

Meet at the EAST END of the track, by the pullup bars.

For time:

Set up a 10m sprint area (you’ll run between two cones/dumbbells/water bottles/etc).

Pull-ups and 10m sprints:

10/1-15/2-20/3-25/4-15/2-10/1

LiveSTRONG WOD

Go to the Run-Far Time Trial course and do the 8 mile TT.

If you can’t make it tonight, just go ride it.  Park at the Veloway.  You start at South Mopac and La Crosse Ave.  Ride south on Mopac, it turns into SH-45, keep riding.  When 45 ends (this is where you turn left to go to the Salt Lick), you turn around and ride north on Mopac.  Course ends on north Mopac at La Crosse Ave.
