    Did “Cindy” from yesterday: AMRAP in 20 minutes of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. Completed 13 rounds, 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 4 squats at “time.” Blah. Had better showings, but my shoulder is feeling good!

    Fran @ 40lb. 8:59. slow. humid. blah.

    however, it turns out that the dumbbells were a little heavy. after doing a little research, it looks like we should be doing 70-80% of the rx’d barbell weight, which is about 75lb total. good to know.
