    Looking strong today y’all! Truthfully, I didn’t see much of it, but you were all done really fast it seemed! Next time I’ll play with everyone.

    I was disappointed there was no hero workout at CrossFit Central yesterday, so I decided to do one today:

    “Murph”
    For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it:
    1 mile run
    100 pullups
    200 pushups
    300 squats
    1 mile run

    47:06 without a weight vest. But I didn’t puke!

    7:03, scaled up to 45# dumbbells for the lunges.

    Good work on Murph, Aaron!

    It was cool to have a larger group today!
