Three rounds for time: Run 400 meters 1-1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing) 12 Pull-ups
9:19 with 45#DB. TWO minutes off my rx’d Helen time! Due to the missing ten pounds no doubt… still, great way to start the day! Strong work everybody!
8:38 with a 45#DB instead of the 1.5pood kb. I don’t think my time would have been all that different with the proper kb. 3:30 off my previous Helen time of 12:00, 5 minutes off of a rowing Helen of 13:30!
12:00 with 45# DB. The runs really gassed me. Lauren and I plan to focus on speed. Feels good to be back.
