The usual drills, then:

For time

100m walking lunge
21 pull-ups
21 sit-ups
100m walking lunge
18 pull-ups
18 sit-ups
100m walking lunge
15 pull-ups
15 sit-ups
100m walking lunge
12 pull-ups
12 sit-ups
100m walking lunge
9 pull-ups
9 sit-ups
100m walking lunge
6 pull-ups
6 sit-ups

    31:20 with a 100m sprint for the last lunge… didn’t want a parking ticket!

    A little over 33 or 34 mins with a 100m sprint for the last lunge and ring rows/pushups to protect my ailing shoulder/neck.

      Yea, its about the same for me… lunges definitely hurt at the time…. not expecting too much soreness, but we’ll see tomorrow. Need to figure out the “Kip” pullups… although i’m pretty sure “kip” is a made up word.

    Something like 34 minutes, with 400m and 100m “sprint” for the last 2 rounds. My legs couldn’t take anymore lunges!

    One of the few workouts I’ve wanted to quit on… but never would. Damn lunges! Legs are still hurting. 32:50
